Reembolso

A Twice Upon a Time devolverá o valor da compra em crédito de compras. Apenas em caso de defeito do artigo ou de falha imputável à loja, a devolução poderá ser feita por transferência bancária. O reembolso será efetuado no prazo máximo de 14 dias após a receção dos produtos.

Refunds

Twice Upon a Time will refund the purchase price as a shopping credit. Refunds can only be made by bank transfer in the event of a defect in the item or a fault attributable to the store. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products.

Como novo
Os livros em estado “Como novo” estão em excelente condição, com poucos ou nenhuns sinais de utilização. Podem ter um ligeiro desgaste devido ao manuseamento ou armazenamento, mas não apresentam grandes defeitos. As capas estão limpas, as páginas estão limpas e a lombada não está dobrada.

Muito bom
Os livros “Muito Bom” estão em ótimo estado geral. Podem ter uma lombada com um vinco mais visível, enquanto o resto do livro está em excelente condição, ou podem ter outros sinais menores de utilização - tais como um ligeiro desgaste nos cantos ou marcas ligeiras - enquanto a lombada permanece em muito bom estado, quase sem danos.

Bom
Os livros em “Bom” estado foram bastante usados, mas ainda estão em ótimo estado de leitura. Podem existir alguns vincos, ligeiro desgaste ou pequenas marcas, mas todas as páginas estão intactas e o livro continua completamente legível.

Independentemente do estado, todos os livros que vendemos são cuidadosamente selecionados para garantir a sua qualidade e legibilidade.

At Twice Upon a Time, we take pride in offering second-hand books that meet our strict condition guidelines. Every book is carefully inspected to ensure it meets your expectations. Our grading system includes three categories:

Like New
Books in "Like New" condition are in excellent shape, with little to no signs of use. They may have the slightest wear from handling or storage but have no major flaws. Covers are clean, pages are crisp, and the spine remains uncreased.

Very Good
"Very Good" books are in overall great condition. They may either have a more noticeably creased spine while the rest of the book is in excellent shape, or they may have other minor signs of wear—such as slight corner wear or light markings—while the spine remains in very good condition, with barely to no damage.

Good

Books in "Good" condition have been well-loved but are still in great reading shape. There may be some creases, slight wear, or small markings, but all pages are intact, and the book remains completely readable.
